Amazing Trainer offered lots of support as could see I was anxious
learned some solid defense moves and picked up some insightful knowledge about handling situations. It’s more than just standing around; there’s a real skill set behind it.
I felt a big improvement in my knowledge and skills due to the training over the three days. I felt Barry needs to be more confident but also understand that that’ll come with time
