RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

One, if not the best course of its type I have attended in the past 24 years. Excellent delivery by the trainer.

Ron was calm and pleasant throughout the training. He answered questions fully and ensured that each element of the training was fully understood before moving onto the next. He was able to give examples in a realistic manner which supported the training well. An intense training course over three days, lots of information to think. Very informative with well written training material provided would defiantly recommend this training.

Response: Hi Raymond. Thank you for taking time to leave this excellent feedback. It is great to hear that you felt the delivery was specific to your organisation you work and that you would recommend the training to others. We'll ensure these lovely comments are passed onto Ron.

I had previously done Team Teach and it was interesting to see the differences. Amy was knowledgeable, engaging and kept the pace and my interest throughout. Would happily do training with her again.

Amy was great! there was a mix of theory and practical skills and she did a knowledge check after everything to make sure we understood. Amy was helpful and fun and made the training super interactive. Amy made it so that it didn't feel dull coming in, and gave regular breaks when needed. Super happy with everything, she didn't make anyone feel less than if they didn't understand something, and was happy to go over it 100 times if that helped.

I have done the course multiple times before in my previous job in Wales but felt like I learnt so much from Ben as he made it applicable and relatable to work and our own life. Ben was attentive and got everyone involved in discussions. Very happy with everything that I learnt.

This is the best course I have been on. It has revolutionised the way I look at behaviour and behaviour management as a form of communication. Ben was awesome, clear, incredibly reassuring and a brilliant communicator. I am inspired.
