RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Amy was brilliant. I don't like training at all but Amy made it bearable. Thanks Amy

Amy Smith delivered PBS training and as I have been in the company for a number of years, this has been the best delivered training yet. Amy was very engaging within the group. She was clear and concise and ensured all understood what was being taught. It was lovely that all the group was able to share their experiences including Amy. It was clear in the training what we needed to avoid and what we could we do before a young person went to behaviour of concern. The legalities were all covered and was explained clearly. Great training.
