Ben was very good, he is a brilliant trainer. He was very informative and explained every details of the course to us. I have learnt a lot from the course. It's my first time and I have enjoyed the training.

I felt very comfortable in his session I have dyslexia and I explained to him before we started and he made me feel very comfortable with no pressure he told me if I needed anymore time or help he would be happy to help me

John was absolutely brilliant. He had so many useful and informative examples from his professional experiences, gave plenty of breaks when needed, made everyone feel very comfortable and the learning was easy to follow and very clear. Most of all, he made a difficult subject FUN. Thank you
