Great course really enjoyed it learnt alot about breakaway technics.

Everything was thorough and very helpful. David and Paul was great trainers and answering all of my questions.

Very clear and instructive. I like the fact that there is a lot more emphasis on prevention and de-escalation, rather than the physical restraints themselves. Due to past trauma, I was concerned about practicing some of the restraints, I raised these concerns with Paul and he was extremely sensitive and supportive in this matter. Both David and Paul made the course interesting and used humour which helped me stay engaged and memorise information.

Delivery was great, the content was thorough and the workbook was especially helpful. The only thing is the legislation section is very heavy and there is little colour or attention grabbing pieces
