Absolutely brilliant course very helpful Kirstie is lovely

I think this is the best training I have been on in regards of how to understand and to deal with behaviours. I feel prepared and ready to go into the workplace with the skills and techniques I have learnt.

Kirstie has been an amazing trainer as she has been supportive during the three days. She’s helped me with the physical restraint when I needed help.
