Enjoyable informative Explained everything clearly and put me at ease Was very nervous about the physical aspect as don’t like violence but his teachings helped get me settled

Brilliant trainer, does not let you get bored because he makes it interactive. Liam is very self critical and that drive to be better comes across as you really enjoy his teaching techniques. He always entertains questions and genuinely tries to answer them.
