it was an interesting class because it has give me wider knowledge on how to use different methods of break away and also the distraction method.

I really enjoyed the course , lots of useful information and techniques showed to help in my work place if and when needed . Our tutor was very helpful and approachable

Lee made me feel comfortable to actually not take every behaviour in a negative way ,and also taught me how to do break away techniques from work and life in general.Very informative and very polite, made sure everyone was comfortable with everything before engaging in anything.I loved this PBS course.
