Ben engages, he makes sure that everyone is involved. There was no time that I felt bored, the training has been interesting. It’s an amazing reminder for me, the examples he gave were very practical for me. Both Tracey and Ben were just amazing, very open to questions. Thier examples opened my mind

I found the course really informative and enjoyable. Craig and Kala were excellent trainers. They made the training fun, but also memorable. I feel I have learned a lot from this course. I would highly recommend this course to other support workers.
