Really interesting course, lots of things to take away and that I have learnt to go forward with. The techniques were easy to follow and the verbal training was well explained. Am very happy that what I have learnt will be relevant and effective in my job role.

Great course with lots of interaction linking the theory to the practice from Level 1. I learnt 14 breakaway skills which I felt confident in performing after the course and Liam ensured I felt confident in completing the course. I think all staff members should receive this training who work in an acute setting
