Lee was very open and understanding of my learning difficulty and my previous knee injury. He gave me helpful prompts to advance my understanding of the information and techniques.

I did learn new things on this course and a simplified approach to break away techniques compared to others I have done in the past. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and check that I understood any point I needed clarifying.

Very thorough and insightful course, presented by a seasoned support worker with a thorough skill set. I particularly appreciated and learned from discussions highlighting the centrality of empathy and respect for the people we support - they are indeed essentially just like we support workers.
