This is the best training I have ever received as a Support Worker. I have no doubt that this will be of great importance towards discharging my duties. Also, Rachel the Trainer was the best. I will recommend this to every support worker and HCA's.

Overall I found the course good with good amounts of info on desculation but I personally found it as a begginer course as I've done challenging behaviour for 15 years have learnt proactive ways of dealing with risk behaviours The breakaway techniques I found are good way
