I really enjoyed both the training sessions with Hannah. She is amazing and gives you all the time for you to understand the training and very passionate about us getting it correct

It was fun, great session, with loads of tips to remember all that we had been taught. Able to talk through issues we face with people we support and got help and better knowledge .
Lee was has an excellent approach to teaching pbs he made it fun and enjoyable would definitely be looking forward to the next one
