Delivered fantastically, very hands-on approach. If we had any questions they were thoroughly answered. The course material was easy to understand, and laid out in an easy to read format.

The trainer Lee Rafter was outstanding !!! :) Lee was well prepared for the course in hand with excellent knowledge and experience. Lee is a great listener and gave each individual his time so each individual could reach their best potential, which enabled everyone to pass the course. The pass two days have been eye opening and factual , I believe the Arousal Model and STEPS will help both service user's and staff in their daily lives and should be adopted when ever possible when needed. Thanks for the great experience Yvonne
