Enjoyable way of teaching.Non judgemental approach.Due o being on previous course some of the techniques came easy than others but Ben was helpful and answered my questions in a clear way that I could understand.

Course was very well taught as well as being informative it was also fun which kept people engaged i especially liked how you were not meant to feel awkward all werr involved

Very good and learnt new upto date skills , most of which were relevant and appropriate for my work base and service users.

I really enjoyed the course and the lady was really nice and she new what she was on with. Thanks
