With me being new to care work I learnt a lot and Ben Faetham teaching methods/techniques were a part of better learning.
I thought he was brilliant he made the course yearly engaging and as someone with dyslexia I thought it was very inclusive and catered to all learning types . Course was clear and concise giving you all the information and skills you need.
