Fiona was knowledgeable, and responsive to any queries with humour and interest.
Very informative, continually relating the theory to our work/service users helped my understanding of what I was learning. Fiona kept us all very engaged, was enthusiastic & her passion for her work shone through. She was very good at answering any questions we had, explaining the theory as well as providing anecdotes from her own work experiences. I really enjoyed every part of the whole 2 days and I think Fiona is an amazing trainer !
I found John talked to quickly through out the course , which left me feeling I did not maybe take in all information needed. I thought Fiona worked very good at a good pace through out the day and this helped me fully understand all what was required.

It was really good to do this course. It was a refresher course for me but felt like the first time doing it due to the trainer being very knowledgeable on the subject and really engaging.
