Really good teacher learnt so much from off this trainer Ben.and could take this back to work to use if need to be, and could tell other staff what I learnt and left with more understanding and knowledge ment from this course and Ben thank you.
Ben was Very patient and inclusive. Explained everything so clearly with no jargon, made the course so much fun. Actually really enjoyed the course and learned skills I can use with all interactions not just with work. Will definitely be more understanding with everyone and take into consideration factors including others baselines

Absolutely brilliant course and tutor. I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I've learned so much that can help me improve best practice. It's given me valuable insight into the service users in our setting. Wonderful.
