It was an absolute pleasure and the information and knowledge was great. I have to say that I have done pbs training every year for the past 5 years and I have learnt more here than I have ever. Very happy and dedicated trainer that appears very passionate about her role. This shows in the teaching methods. Also a very good listener and gives good advice. All I can say is I can’t wait for a years time and also to put what I have learnt into practice. Thank you so much.
