Ben was fantastic. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Ben also made the training very fun as well . Ben kept us interested throughout and I feel I have learnt alot from this course withBen.
Was a very good training cause, I really felt like I learned a lot about supporting people better and to help keep them at there baseline. The tutor was very experienced in his role and make the cause easy to take in. And feel confident enough to take this experience and be safer in a bad situation.
