Training tends to be a fairly dull, however, stuart managed to keep everyone engaged and in good spirits whilst also conveying all the information that he needed to.

The trainer have given me more insight and ability to be able to use reduction restraint techniques instead of using restrain . I will say I have gain a lot more than i expected . Thank you Ann for this

The course enabled me to understand Postive Behaviour Support better. Enabling me to be able to understand the service users challenging behaviour, being able to identify actual and potential aggression. The trainer had millions of examples to present to ensure that we understood the key facts and the practical Release methods. She was wonderful. Hoping to meet her some other time. I enjoyed the course, to be honest I did not want it to end.
