Kirsty was extremely engaging and her personal experiences really helped to understand more about how PBS training works. I went home still thinking about some of the things we had learned day one and told my partner. Kirsty was very person centred with all staff which was really refreshing to see and made you feel very welcome and at ease.
I was really nervous and Kirsty really helped me the course was really good and once id started I really enjoyed it

Ben was really good and taught us in the most interactive way possible enabling us to fully grasp the concept and understand how to manage behaviors of concern.
The materials and lecture was well handled with excellent visual and audio deliveries from the trainer.
This is the best training I’ve had . I enjoyed every bit of it especially the way the teacher was so calm and understanding towards trying transmit every idea and teaching skills towards and that brought about a better understanding. Special thanks to Ben 🥂
