As an individual who has had no previous care experience, this course has been absolutely amazing in enhancing my understanding of PBS. Not only has this course built up my understanding of human behaviour, psychology and theory, but it has developed my practical skills and how to apply this in the real world. This course provided by Ben has been made extremely engaging and is the best training course I have been on. I would recommend this to any individual.
