Great great great session with both Lee and Ben. They explain everything really well with great examples. Made the whole session very interactive, I will definitely be recommending the course to others. Made the day fun and relaxed as well as well detailed. Answered every question in depth and gave us plenty of time to practice. Thank you!!

Well detailed training with patient and staff safety in mind. We are able to secure and breakaway if in dangerous situation leaving no injury to the patient or staff. Thumbs up to the team.

Now I have gotten a better understanding of Positive Behavior support. Now I understand behaviors of concern better. The course was very interesting and educative.
