100% our trainer did an excellent course, taught us well, had a good sense of humour had a good laugh as well,, met other people who were very friendly..
Trainer was really polite & friendly.Language used was easily understood and practical classes were fun and techniques easy to remember.

We believe that the time taken to consider reasons for behaviour, proactive strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and learning de-escalation skills are essential prior to learning any physical intervention techniques. Great course learnt a great deal, Jonathan was friendly and made you at ease and incorporated humor, making the course fun and easy to learn. The techniques used are easy to follow and will be very helpful to apply to my role at Shaftesbury
