I’ve learned a lot with break away techniques that helps with more understanding on what I’m dealing with in service. It’s good to refresh and learn on how to deal with changeling behaviour.

Ben used example for are questions and was good training and help went we struggle such as went I struggle to do some of the skill and help me get the right movements

Really good, good consolidation of prior learning, excellent pace and also explanation of underpinning theory.

Lee is a breath of fresh air. He is very good at delivering the course. His knowledge and realness he puts into his work is second to none. I now feel I could put what I have learned over the last 2 days into both work place and personal life. Thankyou to Lee for making me feel comfortable and confident moving forward :)
