Both trainers were amazing, they’re ready to answer all questions I had especially the practicals where I was quite anxious, they both were patient and reassured me. I’m quite confident in using the techniques.

I have learnt a lot, and will be able to use the practice in my role.I found the theories and laws for good practice extremely useful. The use of less tertiary reactive strategies were informative, again crucial to my present roll. The training was delivered with excellence and understanding, leaving time for open and realistic discussions.

The course was very interesting, the trainer made it easy and fun, I really enjoyed it and it was educative and helpful and I have gained more knowledge and understanding of my role and what to do in different situations.
