Very interesting. Harry was very clear with the theory aspect of this course giving examples, possible situations and explaining the techniques of break away.
It was an interesting and interactive class as I learnt alot at the end of the 2 days course.

When I did pbs 3 years ago with a different trainer I couldn't understand but kieran and aimee really went into detail and made sure we knew what we was doing really enjoyed this and have learnt alot
Both very friendly! Made me feel at ease, happy to go over things that weren't understood. Gave good positive feedback, the overall experience was a good one. :)
