Enjoyed the course and found it very informative. It was a good balance of theory and practice. It was delivered in a very informal way and at a nice pace. It was a good environment for discussion and asking questions.

I think Liam is a good trainer, he explained the whole booklet/PowerPoint in a lot of detail, if I was unsure about anything he would always explain in the best detail possible, gave good reassurance to me and made sure I understood and act knowledge everything, I will be using how to deescalate situations in my personal life and In my work life so that was really helpful.

Ben was really knowledgeable on the subject. Very helpful with educating the newer staff on aspects of the arousal model and broke it down into very simple but descriptive steps. Physical skills were brilliant and good fun to practice.
