Great content, interesting and fun, happy fun bubbly trainer

I really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot about my job and will now go and put into practise what I learnt. The trainer is very good.

Find the course a lot more in-depth then the last trainering. Ashleigh took time to explain things and answer questions. More information was provided this time and the course seemed more knowledgeable. Really good learning skills from this course.
