Ben Brilliant course!!! Ben made the course very interesting and enjoyable. I feel I have really learnt/refreshed some skills which I will use my job. I really feel that all workers from Aspire would benefit from this course.

Ben was our trainer Excellent course, theory resonated with work practices. Practical breakaway techniques were incredibly useful
