I found at times the leader of the course on day one spoke very quickly at times. Both clearly had a positive and good knowledge of their subject mater and were good at motivation. Both leaders showed great patience and were very approachable and sappeared to put everyone at ease.

Very good learned alot

Think the course was brilliant but felt it was repetitive, and abit too long but felt the trainer was great and made me feel comfortable to comment throughout the course he also listened very well to everyone's comments.

Very relevant to my work and my personal life. The trainer was able to make the entire training impactful and engaging.
