Really good course. Built on the skills learnt on Day 1. Learnt new skills in break away techniques that I will be able to use if needed. Kirstie was a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable.

Absolutely loved the course, found it interesting and definitely useable in my role as a support worker. Lee has got a gift for training. He is very relatable and down to earth.
