Excellent course...very informative, clear and concise. Great teaching skills and good delivery of the techniques especially when doing the exercises. In addition very vital to job role and also in the wider community.

I found todays session very informative. I was really impressed that the training needs analysis are being used now for training. This was a much better experience only using the training that was identified for the service that i work in. Overall one of the best breakaway trainings i have completed in my 7 years working for united response.
