I found the course to be really informative. I have not attended PBS before but have in the past encountered many occasions of behaviours that are of concern. I will definitely recommend the course to Aspire and feel it would be really useful for all staff to take part in. The trainer let the course with confidence and put everyone at ease he was engaging and professional throughout

Very interesting. It should be a common practice in all our services. I can't wait to implement this in service. I hope that it will be rolled out to all staff so we can have a consistent approach. Lee was a very engaging training, very knowledgeable about the subject. He believes in what he teaches. Regards

Really good course, Lee was engaging and had the full attention of the group. I am looking forward to rolling out PBS to the whole organisation and writing the strategy with the info I have learnt.
