RRN Level 2 - Positive Behaviour Support & Physical Interventions Reviews

The course enabled me to understand Postive Behaviour Support better. Enabling me to be able to understand the service users challenging behaviour, being able to identify actual and potential aggression. The trainer had millions of examples to present to ensure that we understood the key facts and the practical Release methods. She was wonderful. Hoping to meet her some other time. I enjoyed the course, to be honest I did not want it to end.

Lee was an open and honest trainer, he used examples to enable trainees to understand the content, the practical was enlightening and he made sure that the trainees had full understanding of each practice. Well enjoyed.
