I had a nice experience. The trainer is very good. The course content is broad but easy to understand with proper concentration and the material makes it easy to read.

Well presented but a bit in depth in places. A lot of the course was more geared to clients in residential care with learning disabilities and some of the techniques are not appropriate for the community based clients i support, but overall interesting and some good points to take away from the day.
