Learnt new methods of how to deal and strategise with challenging behaviours in the workplace from service users. Course leader was informative and helpful with giving information and advice with dealing with behaviours and how to handle them.

Found this really interesting and useful

Enlightening course with valuable methods and techniques to minimise the risk of escalation. Focus should be on the person and not the behaviour. Will be amending current Positive behavioural Support Plans based on the course content. Delivered in a manner that facilitated a positive learning experience.
