I am impressed with the facilitator. I was able to learn extensively about PBS. Breakaway skills and communication strategy during cue or trigger time. I am going to put it in practice

Learnt new methods of how to deal and strategise with challenging behaviours in the workplace from service users. Course leader was informative and helpful with giving information and advice with dealing with behaviours and how to handle them.

Liam was very friendly and kept everyone engaged in the course. Liam went over items on the agenda if someone was unsure of anything.

Liam was very good at delivering the training over the 2 days. Very upbeat and kept everyone engaged. Would recommend the training for people working or living with individuals who have behaviours that challenge.

Enlightening course with valuable methods and techniques to minimise the risk of escalation. Focus should be on the person and not the behaviour. Will be amending current Positive behavioural Support Plans based on the course content. Delivered in a manner that facilitated a positive learning experience.Response : Hi Philip, thanks for the feedback, great to hear you enjoyed the content and that you're taking actions to reflect in support plans.
