We understand that there is a lot of theory on day one which does not suit everyone and will take your feedback on board in our trainer development and course content meetings. I really enjoyed the course and would definitely have been able to use the breakaway techniques in previous work experiences, if I'd had the training. Liam was very open and friendly, he kept us engaged throughout the day. It was great that he gave active feedback and corrected us as we went along during the practical session.
