The course was really detailed and interesting. It makes you stop and think about different causes and triggers for behaviours. Practical was fun and different from techniques shown before. Great trainer thankyou kirsty.

This course is the one! among all the short courses and training have done this one ranks on top. The information and skills from this course will give you a different perspective and a whole new approach towards work and life in general. I highly recommend this course, it's a must-do.
