Course was informative as well as interactive so level of interest was high. I enjoyed the course & have learnt new skills

Trainer and course content was good for the training.

Handbook with visual representation would enhance knowledge if provided. The training was great and trainer is experienced not just as trainer but as someone who can relate training with life scenarios.

Trainer explained and understood any of our concerns. Course will really help to deal with most of service users and let me feel more safe everyday at work
