What a great course! I wish I had learned most of the things taught sooner but glad but glad I had the opportunity to learn it. I wish everyone had the opportunity to learn the course life would have been a better place. The trainer Lee was terrific. He made the course very understanding and paid attention to details. He is a wonderful teacher.

Really good course, the teaching technique was really well presented and fun, which made learning easier.
When showing techniques show twice then ask others to show. Don’t talk after showing technique as this confuses people

The course was very interesting and had all the necessary information and skills that are necessary for my job .the trainers did a great job of teaching

The course was very informative, interesting and enjoyable . Both trainers were excellent in different ways . Teresa Is very clear in her explanations and talking things through . . Jonathan is a natural at tracking and has a way to make the learning interesting and fun I truly enjoyed the course and will continue to practice what I have learnt .
