I enjoyed the 2nd day better as it was more inter-active. I hardly sit down at work so found it uncomfortable, although I was able to stand when required. Very interesting course.

This is one of the best courses I have ever attended. It was thorough, well-taught and I learned more than I could have expected. The trainer - Jack - was fantastic, let people ask questions, used stories from experience as part of the teaching, had a sense of humour and this meant the course was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
