The course was very interesting and Lee was very engaging. The content of the course is really relevant to supporting customers on a day to day basis and also relevant to developing positive staff attitudes and approach.

Only 1 issue. The windows could do with some blinds. Lots of people walking past windows alittle distracting. I found the course very interesting and helpful. I’ve learnt a lot about positive behaviour and has given me confidence in making the right judgement when an incident accurs.
