Jon was a really fun trainer and made the course fun and exciting

Today I learnt alot of new techniques to help myself in my job and the service users, Jonathan was very good in the way he delieved the course and how friendly and helpful throughout both days

The course was very interesting,full of very useful and helpful information and exercises
