Brilliantly informative course. Amy promotes a nice relaxed atmosphere condusive to learning. Amy reflects a lot on what she has gone through as she goes which is very helpful.

Really great PBS training! Liam knew his subject and delivered it with enthusiasm, passion and skill. Liam, appeared sensitive towards individuals in the group, which did help put me at ease and enabled me to engage fully with the course material. I am looking Forward to putting into practice what I have learnt. Excellent course and trainer Thank you Liam very much! 😀

Really enjoyed the level 2 course, felt a lot more applicable to my role and Liam had some great examples from healthcare settings which I didn’t receive in my level 1 day. He delivered the session in a fun way and helped us all get to know each other at the same time
