The theory side of the course was really interesting and a welcome addition to the previous breakaway courses completed in the past with other training providers. I also felt Ben was a really good trainer, great at delivery and interacting.

Training was exceptional. Bens teaching was so engaging. With being a new starter to the company I feel a lot more confidence going into my future shifts.

Excellent informative course. Brilliantly delivered, interesting and fun, taking away lots of new skills and ideas.
