The trainer explained things in detail and repeated if needed, always making sure we understood. The practical i needed a little bit of support with one technique but trainer was patient with me and i got it in the end

Asked to go to a different room to concentrate on assessments and given me the choice. Very in depth training was ok to go over things again and lovely teaching session
