Presented the course very well. Always engaging with the staff. A lot of information given which can be taken away. Answered any questions that were asked.

Liam was a great teacher. He was good at keeping us motivated. He was engaging and all subjects and content were relevant to my daily job and practice's.

Very nice, friendly and funny Engaging Informative Good at explaining and teaching Patient Even though there are a lot of information to take in it's not boring maybe a little bit tiring but that's because of the length of the course

Liam did an excellent job at delivering a course that had a lot of learning. He kept at a steady pace whilst also getting interaction out of all of the team. The course had great detail and really challenged people's thinking about Behaviour and how it should be approached.

Kristen was a really nice and understanding trainer and as a person who has lot of experience in the care sector. She showed me that not all things leads to restraints in the end and there more ways than one .

Kirsty was extremely engaging and her personal experiences really helped to understand more about how PBS training works. I went home still thinking about some of the things we had learned day one and told my partner. Kirsty was very person centred with all staff which was really refreshing to see and made you feel very welcome and at ease.
