The trainer trained us in an interesting way which kept everyone engaged.
Relevant and necessary, participatory and engaging
The traning was very useful and I gain knowledge about how to deal with behaviour that challenge. We have practice exercises and was able to work in small groups.
Good lovely course. Learned a lot on how to de-escalate a situation by talking and using brake away. Training is very knowledgeable polite and patient.
