Loved the interactive afternoon - that was the best training I’ve attended in the last year. Cheers ben for making it engaging and including everyone, even the shy people. Should be rolled out to more staff !

Training was excellent, I was quite nervous at the beginning due to previous experiences with patients. Ben was an amazing teacher, took everything and everyone in his stride and was responsive and encouraging even when getting it wrong.
